After years of friendship, they teamed up in 2020 to begin flipping homes and apartment buildings, completing 15 successful single-family flips and two apartment projects totaling 100 units. In 2023, Nate and Dan took the leap—turning their own nine homes into short-term rentals. That momentum grew even faster when they joined forces with Vince Baiera, who helped launch their first real estate fund and acquire an additional 21 homes. Word spread quickly, and over the next couple years, the HomeHop team added another 60+ properties for other investors, bringing their current portfolio to more than 90 homes.

HomeHop now includes a dedicated general manager, an in-house interior designer, two full-time maintenance experts, four guest messaging specialists, 14 cleaning crews, 12 contractors, and multiple utility players who keep operations running smoothly. We also have in-house CPAs and bookkeepers, all working together to ensure top-tier performance for every client.
